A curry sampler solution may be implemented as follows:

  • Use a chafing dish with three 1 inch pans.
  • Open one 2 lb size curry pack into each pan.
  • Heat the water in your chafing dish with two sterno fuels.
  • The curry sauce will be brought to serving temperature in about 15 minutes.
  • Add the menu selected veggies for each curry sauce and mix in the 1 inch pan.
  • Serve with a large spoon over jasmine rice.
