Ingredients: (Serves 1, perfect for lunch!)
1 Chicken Breast
1 Cup Broccoli
1 Cup cut green beans
Rice Noodles
1/2 cup CurrySimple Pad Thai sauce
To start:
Cut chicken breast into even or irregular pieces, I did irregular as makes it seem more authentic in my opinion.

Prepare a wok or skillet with olive oil and a small pat of butter, heat till butter starts to sizzle. I add a little bit of butter for the browning look and nutty flavor it brings out of the chicken.
While the chicken cooks you should have a pot of 4-6 cups of salted water coming up to a boil. Once its rolling turn the heat off and put your noodles in and let them rest in the hot water until you put the veggies in your wok or skillet.
By now your chicken should be 70% done and outsides should have some nice color on them.

Add in your veggies now. While the veggies cook up, strain the water from the noodles and put them back in the now empty pot, stir in just a little bit of olive oil to keep them from sticking.
Once your veggies are almost cooked add in your noodles and toss it all together. Then add in your 1/2 cup of CurrySimple Pad Thai sauce and toss it to mix.
Once your meal is hot, serve it up!
