Ingredients:
1/4 lb shrimp, cut in thirds
sundried tomatoes packed in olive oil
goat cheese
green onions
fresh basil
Sweet Chili Sauce
Make your favorite pizza dough (or buy some premade)
Saute Shrimp until translucent in pan and add sweet chili sauce in the final minute (takes about 3 min total)
Roll out and Grill one side of pizza dough and then flip.
Brush cooked side with oil from sundried tomatoes. Spoon sauteed shrimp and chili sauce and spread on top. Add onion, goat cheese, and basil.
Grill until bottom is crusty. YUMMY!
