Enjoy some of the finest seafood with flavors from Thailand! We used Jumbo Sea Scallops opposed the the smaller (but more affordable) bay scallops along with a five ounce Lobster tail. Topped with CurrySimple'sMassaman Curry Sauce, diced onions, peppers to add a zest, and avocado to smooth out the taste. The high quality seafood is a quick cook so don't overdue it! The Massaman coconut curry sauce pairs excellent with seafood and you can never have enough vegetables.
1 Lobster Tail 5 oz 4 Jumbo Sea Scallops 1/4 Cup Diced Onions 1/2 Avocado 1 Small Orange Pepper 4 oz CurrySimple GourmetMassaman Curry Sauce
1. Bring 1/4 inch of water to a boil in a steaming pot. 2. In a small sauce pan, heat Massaman curry sauce at medium heat. 3. Add the Lobster tail when the water comes to a boil (Steam 3-5 minutes). 4. Place the Jumbo Sea Scallops in the Massaman Curry sauce. (Cook in sauce 3 minutes). 5. Add diced onions and orange pepper in sauce after the Scallops have been cooking for 1 minute. 6. Slice Avocado and place on serving plate. 7. Break the top of the Lobster tail and place on serving plate. 8. Pour the ingredients in the pan (scallops, pepper, onions) over Lobster tail. 9. *Optional - Serve with Thai Jasmine or Brown rice.
