This is a really simple, healthy and tasty recipe!
We used a fillet of Norwegian Salmon that was frozen and cryovacked. Norwegian Salmon is not always easy to find but is our favorite kind because of it's mild flavor.
Grill the fillet of Norwegian Salmon until medium rare. You can first marinate the salmon with the Chilli Lime sauce but I don't think it is really necessary. After you have cooked the first side flip over the salmon fillet and simply top the salmon with the Chilli Lime Sauce. I also grilled asparagus and placed cucumber slices to complete the presentation. The end result was an amazing tasting salmon dinner with fresh vegetables and a little fire from the Chilli Lime Sauce. It only took about 10 minutes to complete!
