You will experience a variety of different flavors with the fresh pineapple, peppers, mushrooms, onions, crab and shrimp. The addition of the peppers give the massaman a nice little kick.
Shrimp and King Crab Massaman Curry - Serves 4 Ready in 15 minutes
(2) 3 serving bags of CurrySimpleMassaman CurrySauce 1 serrano pepper chopped fine 1 medium white onion chopped fine 1 medium red bell pepper chopped coarse 1 medium yellow bell pepper chopped coarse 15 to 20 button mushrooms cut into quarters 8oz of fresh pineapple cubed 8oz of 24 count raw shrimp 8oz King Crab legs cooked and shelled
Saute vegetables, pineapple, and shrimp in three table spoons of butter for four minutes. Add CurrySimple Massaman curry sauce and cooked King Crab Heat thoroughly and serve with Thai jasmine rice.
