Ingredients:
1 bottle Curry Simple Chili Lime Sauce
1 block 8 oz. of cream cheese
1 cup (or more) of cheddar cheese
10 oz. Shrimp chopped small
1 sauce pan
1 small baking dish
Directions:
1. Take chopped shrimp and simmer a few minutes in Chili Lime Sauce (put enough to make it a little soupy).
2. Take your block of cream cheese and spread it in your baking dish (you want it to be a little thick so don’t use to large of a dish or double the recipe).
3. Put the shrimp mix on top of the cream cheese and cover it with cheddar cheese.
4. Bake it until it is hot and bubbly, then stir it all together and serve with crackers!
You could use shrimp, crab, or chicken (Valley Fresh 10 oz can).
