
Ingredients Based on 1 Serving
1 Chicken Breast Sliced into bite-sized pieces
1/4 Cup Diced Garlic
1 Carrot
1/4 Cup chopped onions
1/2 Cup Soup Stock
2 oz CurrySimple Stir-Fry Sauce
2 oz Cooking Oil
Preparation
Start with a hot pan or wok
Add 2 oz of cooking oil to pan
Start to stir-fry the garlic
Add chicken breast and begin to stir-fry
When chicken is about 75% cooked add the carrots and onions
Add soup stock and 2 oz of CurrySimple Stir-Fry Sauce
Serve with either brown or Thai jasmine rice
