My favorite CurrySimple Curry
My favorite curry sauce from CurrySimple is the Massaman Curry. I love the sweet taste, it has a rich flavor without being overwhelming. I've used it on all kinds of meats, in pasta sauces, even on roasted potatoes.
Its also a great starter curry if you're a little nervous about trying what is typically believed to be an extremely hot dish. :-) Its almost always what I use to introduce someone to Thai Curry. :-)

How I found CurrySimple
I actually discovered CurrySimple twice.
The first time I discovered CS was when I was working for a local jewelry store that had won a eBay/ProStores contest, they won a year's paid service and a free store design package and I was brought in to manage the site and help oversee the design process.
A member of the ProStores team, Eric K., told us about CurrySimple and the remarkable success that Mike Moran had created on the platform and that he was the go to guy in successful… Continue

Rice Noodles are no longer my arch enemy!
Well I finally figured out what my issue with those little buggers was, I've been boiling them too long. I shouldn't be boiling them, I should boil some water and then pour it over the noodles, then drain when they are just about to get soft. You still want them firm, otherwise they get sticky which was my main problem.
