June is going to be a big month for CurrySimple! I just received samples of the Coconut Soup concentrate and with a little tweaking it will defiantly be perfect. In addition, I am happy to announce we will soon be adding a new curry package size to CurrySimple's product lineup. The new size will be 1/3 of the current size or great for about 3 servings. CurrySimple is exhibiting at the 7th Annual International Wine & Food Festival hosted by The Washington Post June 24-25. This Posh event is going to include sampling of the world's best wines and the finest Thai Curry. CurrySimple of course! Please stop by and say hello to me at booth #25. Masaman Curry Chicken with Pineapple Recipe
This is a sweet, delicate recipe with flavors that complement each other wonderfully. The texture of the pineapple juxtaposed with cashews and potatoes surprises and pleases the palate. You can skip the potatoes and serve with rice if you prefer. This is excellent served with a sweet cucumber side dish described below known as Ajad (prepare Ajad first).
