Chilli Lime Noodles & Veggies

Chilli Lime Noodles & Veggies

Prepare 7ozs of Rice Noodles according to package and drain.
Heat 2 tbsp Peanut Oil on medium heat
Crush and peel 4 cloves Garlic Cloves
Sauté garlic in peanut oil until fork tender then smash with fork into oil
While garlic is tenderizing (keep and eye one it), peel One Large Carrot down to core. (Toss outer layer.)
Chop 2 tbsp Spicy Basil and 1 tbsp Chives.
After garlic has been smashed into oil add the carrot and basil
Give it a stir; turn heat down to medium low
Cut 2 Medium Tomatoes in chunks
Add to pan
Stir in noodles
Pour 1/3 cup CurrySimple Gourmet Chili Lime Sauce in pan and stir together with noodles
Remove from heat and serve
Salt and or Pepper to taste. I didn’t need any.
