Spicy Green Curry Filet Mignon Recipe!

Spicy Green Curry Filet Mignon I would like to first start off by saying this is a very non-traditional Thai recipe. It is not something you are going to find at your local Thai restaurant or about any restaurant for that matter. I sometimes crave beef and of course I am always craving Thai food. The problem I often have when eating beef at Thai restaurants is the low to medium (at best) quality meat that is used. Recently I have been on a serious health kick and have been purchasing high-quality meats from my friends at First Coast Gourmet. Ready to step the quality up a notch? Here you go! Traditionally green curry dishes are stir-fried. In this recipe all the meat and vegetables are grilled and then placed on the plate with the topping of the spicy green curry sauce last. The result... The most amazing, high quality spicy beef dish I have ever tasted in my life... Enjoy! ~ Michael Moran - CurrySimple
