A curry sampler solution may be implemented as follows:
Use a chafing dish with three 1 inch pans. Open one 2 lb size curry pack into each pan. Heat the water in your chafing dish with two sterno fuels. The curry sauce will be brought to serving temperature in about 15 minutes. Add the menu selected veggies for each curry sauce and mix in the 1 inch pan. Serve with a large spoon over jasmine rice.
