When people look at me (in picture above) and see that I am obviously not Thai, they have to ask "how in the world did you come up with this"?  Well, I have attempted to start numerous businesses in the past ten years.  In the last five, I have worked for "Surin of Thailand" in Atlanta.  Surin is one of Atlanta's most well known and established Thai restaurants.  For years I have listened to my customers complain about the difficulty of making Thai food at home.  I would ask, "have you ever tried to make this at home" and the reply is usually one of two things - "I tried but it just doesn't taste like what I would get at a Thai restaurant" or "I wouldn't even know where to start".  Thai food is one of the fastest growing markets in America but usually is only enjoyed by eating out at Thai restaurants.  This is when I came up with the idea of making Thai food products with the best available ingredients and quality that the average cook can actually prepare at home.  With a year of product development in 2005, a test market in Atlanta with a frozen version of our curry, CurrySimple products became available in January of 2006.  How would you know CurrySimple products are excellent?  Come see me handing out samples at our local farmers market on Saturday mornings.  People are truly amazed by the taste as I prepare it if front of them in minutes."

Q:  Is your curry a powder?

A:  No, it's not a powder, not a paste, not something you need to add water to or have a complicated recipe to prepare.  We have done all the hard work for you.  It might actually be too easy because people don't believe me until I show them.

Q:  Where are your products made?

A:  They are all made in Thailand.

Q:  Where can I buy your products?

A:  Currently they are for sale online at CurrySimple.com and as well as many retail locations such as Whole Foods and gourmet specialty stores.  I am looking to get them into your local super market asap!

Q:  What do I do with the leftover sauce?

A:  The curry sauce can be refrigerated for 3-4 days or frozen for as long as one year.  The pad thai/stir fry sauces can be refrigerated for about 3 months because they are concentrated and will not spoil easy.  I would recommend storing the items in Tupperware type containers.

Q:  Your packages are big!

A:  Yes they are.  We now offer a smaller 12 oz size that is more convenient for one to three people.

Q:  Why is your curry superior?

A:  The CurrySimple difference of course!  Currently when you are eating at a Thai restaurant, the curry is made with all canned ingredients.  Canned curry paste, canned coconut milk, fish sauce and most places use MSG.  Our packaging is far more advanced and truly allows the flavors to wake up your taste buds.  Wonder why you can really taste the coconut flavor when eating CurrySimple Curry?  It is due to the packaging and the quality, fresh, authentic ingredients.
