Spicy Thai Beef Salad - Chilli Lime Style!



Spicy Thai Beef Salad Wow! This is an amazing tasting recipe that is so simple to make at home. We marinated our beef for about 30 minutes and it was just enough for the chilli lime sauce to be soaked in by the meat. You may top the beef with crushed red pepper if you would like to really spice it up. The taste of the cucumbers gave the meal a fresh taste with the onions adding a nice zest. You may add all your favorite vegetables to this salad. The chilli lime sauce really brings the flavors of the beef and vegetables together. You may also grill the beef instead of cooking it in a hot pan. Either way will leave your taste buds satisfied!


Serves 2
ready in ten minutes

Ingredients:
    1 lb beef marinated for at least 30 min(a better quality meet will result in a better tasting meal)
    1/2 cup sliced red onions
    1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
    1 fresh tomato sliced into 8 pieces
    4 cups of crisp romaine lettuce
    4oz CurrySimple Gourmet Chilli Lime Sauce

Preparation:

1. Heat pan to medium-high heat
2. When pan is hot - begin cooking marinated beef
3. Place cucumbers, tomatoes and onions in a mixing bowl
4. Cook your beef to desired temperature (recommended medium)
5. Slice beef into bite-sized pieces and place in mixing bowl with vegetables.
6. Mix the beef and vegetables. For a stronger flavor add 1-2 oz of extra chilli lime sauce.
7. Serve mixed beef and vegetables over the crisp romaine lettuce.

Tip: To increase the level of spice, just add crushed red pepper.
