If you like the taste of a Thai iced tea you are going to love the taste of Thai tea iced cream. It is surprisingly easy to make with just a few basic ingredients. The use of the CurrySimple Thai tea syrup eliminates multiple steps and will give you the sweet Thai tea taste you are looking for. The result is an orange Thai tea tasting ice cream that makes the perfect dessert. After 30 minutes of mixing and freezing in the ice cream make will give you a nice soft ice cream and will gradually harden once it is in the freezer for a few hours. Our first batch was so good it didn't even make it to the hardened state. Get ready to impress!
Makes 1-1/2 Quarts of Thai Tea Ice Cream
ready in 35 minutes
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups of whole milk
1-1/2 cups cream
2 eggs
7oz CurrySimple Thai Tea Syrup

Preparation:
1. Pour the milk and cream in a mixing bowl
2. Crack both eggs and add with milk and cream
3. Pour 7 oz of Thai Tea syrup into bowl
4. Stir ingredients together and make sure the egg is broken down and mixed with milk/cream/Thai tea
5. Pour ingredients into ice cream maker.
6. Let run for 30 minutes then empty into air tight container for freezer use.
We used this ice cream maker by Cuisinart. Excellent performance for $50!
